Yes...........this wooden object called "waiting for the river" is part of Emscherkunst2010.No............re-naturing of river Emscher is still in process and as long as there is no river floating here, you can just sit in this bridge-house and wait for the river yet to come.
Maybe.......it would be exciting to stay overnight in this building-sculpture which can also be booked as a hotel, but unfortunately it is already completed until it will be removed!
Emscherkunst2010 Exhibition along the River Emscher between Recklinghausen and Oberhausen is extended until 18th September.

AntwortenLöschenLovely architechture. You should check out the church in my april post of the Botanical Gardens in Arkansas. The church was simple like this. Gorgeous. Too bad the power lines are withing view of this building.
