Ja...............mein Bruder und ich leiden unter Vogelparanoia. Verschiedene frühkindliche Traumata haben dazu geführt. Im Kinderwagen über den Markusplatz in Venedig, der um die Köpfe flatternde Wellensittich der Oma, später der Film natürlich, der das ganze noch verfestigte...
Nein............bei meinem Bruder haben besonders Möwen keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Als er noch ein minikleines Kind war, stahl ihm an Deck einer Fähre nach Texel ein Riesenmöwenexemplar im Flug den Keks aus der Hand. Der Schock sitzt heute noch tief (er ist inzwischen 28!)...
Vielleicht.....war ich darum froh, diese südfranzösische Vogelschar aus einem sicheren Fahrzeug heraus knipsen zu können. Geflattere um mich herum geht nämlich gar nicht.

Yes.............my brother and I suffer from a bird paranoia. Several early childhood traumas lead to this. Across Venice St.Mark's Square in a buggy, grandmother's budgie fluttering around our heads, later the film of course, that confirmed the whole thing...
No..............especially sea gulls didn't leave good marks in my brother's memory. When he was a tiny little child on deck of a ferry boat to Texel (NL), a giant example stole his cookie out of his hand in flight. This shock still lasts until today (he's 28 in the meantime!)...
Maybe.........this is why I was glad to shoot these southfrench gulls from the interiour of a safe car. Being surrounded by flutter is an absolute no-go for me.

ich kanns gut verstehen! als ich vier war, flog mir der hahn meines großvaters auf den kopf und pickte auf mir herum. er ist dann sogleich im suppentopf gelandet, aber ich kann bis heute kein nahes geflatter um mich herum ertragen, schon gar nicht drinnen. schon ein fetter nachtfalter im zimmer bringt mich um den verstand...
