corner view: out & about

Ja...............mein Pfingstausflug hat so ziemlich alles beinhaltet, was ein idealer Ausflug für mich beinhalten muss: gutes Wetter, liebe Freunde, alte Autos, Unmengen Trödel, spannende Architektur...und das alles quasi fast vor der Haustür, im Kölner Rheinauhafen.
Nein............nicht mal von langer Hand geplant war das Ganze. Umso schöner, wenn man dann so spontan zusammenfindet. Ein paar Telefonate am Vormittag und "Bis gleich!"...  
Vielleicht.....steht schon der nächste Ausflug vor der Tür, schließlich ist morgen schon wieder Feiertag!

Heute sind im Corner view alle auf den Beinen.

Yes.............my pentecost excursion had nearly all included what a perfect trip has to include for me: good weather, dear friends, classic cars, loads of rummage, exciting architecture...all this close to my front door, at Cologne Rheinauhafen.
No..............it wasn't even planned in advance. So much the better, if we meet up spontaneously then. Some phone calls and "See you later!"... 
Maybe.........the next trip is just around the corner, for it is a holiday again here tomorrow!
