An seinen schönen Tagen.
Yes.............autumn has its very own colours. Gold and yellow, rust and red, green and brown. On its beautiful days. Sometimes it's more rough and grey and unpleasant, foggy or stormy.
No..............it won't stay for long anymore, the autumn. It became remakably colder, the trees are nearly naked and the colours went pale.
Maybe.........strange, that autumn isn't one of my favourite seasons, even if I'm an autumn child myself. For me it's just a passage, no more summer and still no winter. And just like in cases of hair, the change over to another state is just so and so. Apart from the beautiful days. Which are quite rare here in this country.
Leaf and mushrooms: pencil sketch in sketchbook, then photoshopped.
Another recent autumn drawing here.
Some time ago I even wrote a little autumn poem (sorry, no translation).
Thanks to Ariane for this theme!

Christine
Autumn colors are my mother's favorites, Tania. I like your leaf and mushrooms drawings. You got that green background just right!
AntwortenLöschenWrap up tight - winter is blustering right along! -sus
AntwortenLöscheni think i can absolutely dig what you're saying. bright sunny autumn days are so enriching, but all that grey flab is annoying. so lately, it's been plain annoying outside. winter might bring white and fierce cold and then we have character. having siad that i'm a sucker for autumn rather then winter, especialy the start of autumn.
AntwortenLöscheni love your monochrome images. powerful as a clear design!

JAAA!

this post made me ;^)))
AntwortenLöschenthank you for the images, the walk and your drawings
i love that last image, happy mushrooms!
and despite you do not like autumn
you have catch the sphere and colors so so well
x
I love the mushrooms too! and the colors do capture the feeling of Autumn- makes me thing of fabric- your designs- Fall is so short and winter so long!
Those tall forest trees in that cold air Tania! Brilliant. I love this forest. The low light highlighting the green grassy bits...it looks surreal...like photoshop. This is a stunning shot. I love Autumn for the colours and for the promise of new beginnings (I know that spring is supposed to promise the new beginnings but for me it is autumn that does that) and the promise that winter (my favourite season) is ahead. *smiles* Norma, x

Great colors in your autumn photo's and the did the same in the background of your drawings, love the mushrooms and how you placed them in the picture, made me smile!
I'm hosting this week if your able- would love to have you !
AntwortenLöschenI love this one!
