Ja............…erinnert sich noch jemand an die Baustelle? Sie war mein 12tel Blick Motiv 2014. Nach 8 Monaten, im August 2014, verliess mich die Lust an der Dokumentation, nicht zuletzt, weil es irgendwann vor allem im Inneren des Gebäudes mit den Bauarbeiten weiterging, aussen jedoch nur noch wenig Veränderung passierte.       
Nein......……ich möchte dennoch am Ende dieses Jahres nicht versäumen, das Ende der Baustelle und die Eröffnung des riesigen Einkaufszentrums "Aquis Plaza" nachzureichen. Ende November 2015 wurde der Shopping-Tempel endlich für die Kaufwütigen freigegeben. 
Vielleicht…..kann man sich lange über den Sinn und Zweck dieses Bauwerkes streiten, auch über die Ästhetik. Als unmittelbare Anwohnerin muss ich aber zugeben, dass erst mal alles an dieser Stelle besser ist als die jahrelange Brachfläche, die dort vorher war. Am endgültigen Bildausschnitt stört nun jedenfalls am meisten der Laternenmast, der neu dort aufgestellt wurde.

Yes.........….is there anyone remembering the building site? It was my 12th sight motive of 2014. After 8 months, in August 2014, I lost my interest in the documentation, mainly because it reached the point, when progress was mostly happening inside the building and not so much outside anymore. 
No.........…..I don't want to miss showing the final state at the end of this year, as it was recently the grand opening of the new shopping centre "Aquis Plaza". Finally since the end of November, the building is now open to shopping addicts from all over the place.
Maybe...……there's a lot to discuss about the importance and necessity of this building, also about the aesthetics of the architecture. But as a very close neighbor I have to admit that everything's better here than the large forgotten fallow land that had been there for years. The most irritating thing in the final image is the lamp pole in the front, that has been put up in between.
