heyho. i'm back from a long break. i'd call it "the tide of life". ups and downs, you know? now, the time felt right for accepting the art challenge again. it was the theme that caught me at once. tide. when ariane announced it, i was in the middle of my holidays, located on the isle of ré at the atlantic coast of france. tide everyday, directly in front of my eyes. daily come and go of the sea. ships lying dry on the beach, then swimming up again. ups and downs. ebb and flood. beautiful sea during high tide, exposed oyster beds during low tide. always hoped for spotting a mermaid in the sand, but i didn't...

You were in vacations, when you are in vacations you dont think about mermaids jaja!!! you just think about do nothing and let the time pass...and one or two beers jaja...
